I can get into lcpdfr just fine, but most of my controls dont seem to work. Alt+t spawns a helicopter and not being able to turn my lights on are just a few. Also while im at it, how do you spawn things such as guns. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Since you are using the simple native trainer, you need to disable the trainer keys. Open the trainer with F3/4 and go to: Options > Disable/Enable trainer keys. Set it to Disable. 

 

You can spawn vehicles and weapons with the trainer under the appropriate menu option. 

 

Also, if you are using ELS-enabled vehicles you need to download and install ELS ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>).
